Use this page when you purchased a Story Slab and want the registry record updated with your ownership story.
What to include
Certificate number, the card name, your story, and a clear image connected to the slab or card.
How updates are handled
Submissions are reviewed before anything is added to the public registry.
Required Image
Upload a clean photo or scan. Avoid blurry images, heavy glare, or cropped certificate numbers. When taking the picture ensure to write your first and last name on a piece of paper or post-it note and place that in the back as a part of the image.
